The iPhone entered the market in the same year seniors at DIS were born: 2007. As digital natives, you know that social media and infinite access to unlimited information makes the world both better and worse. Many schools around the world banned phones at school, to mixed results. The overuse of phones hinders people’s goals and focus. But the crafty DIS community chimed in with their innovative ways to reduce time spent on devices.
Tech addiction seems hard to eliminate, which inspired people to figure out solutions to cut back on screen time. What are your hacks to complete your daily tasks and avoid distractions? Write them in the comments.

I think these are good ways to prevent phone addiction! I especially prefer Lumin’s method, where I put my phone in a place that is far to reach, so I do not have to get disturbed by it often. I think choosing to play another sport or activity is another good way to stop looking at the phone, and I should try this later on.
