This is the fourth episode of my podcast Between the Pages. I interviewed two students from the High School Reading Society. This is an ASA (After School Activity) at DIS, led by Mr. Coleman, where he and high school students are fervent and zealous about reading books. I interviewed Jayden Hayward (G11) about dystopian books, with a focus on George Orwell’s 1984, a renowned dystopian novel. We both agreed on how new it was to us when we first read the book. I also had a good conversation with Chirayu Joshi (G10) about fiction and how we both enjoy it. We talked mostly about Brandon Sanderson’s book series.
