Artificial intelligence became part of everyday life. As new technology brings rapid change around the world, students and teachers constantly discuss AI and share their different points of view. Some people see the good, others point out the bad, and many fall somewhere in between. Whether teachers allow use of AI in their classrooms, students are still using it. Many people developed a strong radar for detecting AI art or artificial videos that manipulate the masses. We also use some form of AI off campus in our hobbies and other endeavors. We asked members of the DIS community to share their personal views and experiences on this heated topic. 

As the use of AI continues to grow, our opinions will grow stronger, and possibly more polarized. These views matter because they help us understand the advantages and disadvantages of AI and think about ways to solve problems that will inevitably arise down the road.
