The varsity and junior varsity girls’ soccer teams closed the season with multiple podium finishes, highlighting steady growth and consistency throughout the year. Across both the SKAIS (South Korea Association of International Schools) and KISAC (Korean International Schools Activities Conference) tournaments, the teams maintained regular top-three placements. The season opened with a dominant victory at the KISAC tournament at Branksome Hall Asia (BHA) in Jeju from Sept. 16-18. Facing strong competition, DIS athletes secured silver medals in both varsity and junior varsity divisions.
Building on that momentum, the teams competed in a triangular match against GIFS (Gyeongnam International Foreign School) at Joo-young Park Soccer Stadium on Nov. 8, using the match as preparation for the final championship stretch. The season concluded at the SKAIS championship hosted by the International School of Busan (ISB) on Nov. 22. While the varsity team narrowly missed the ticket to the finals, the junior varsity team captured gold medals, finishing in first.
Throughout the season, the teams demonstrated discipline, resilience and steady improvement, setting a strong standard for future middle school girls’ soccer teams.

Amazing photos!! I really enjoyed the time playing football season with my friends. We won another silver medal in KISAC, but unfortunately, we didn’t get any for SKAIS. Still, it was really fun and valuable for me.
