One Step, One Life: Daegu citizens support suicide prevention

Held by Korea’s major cities, the campaign Love Life, Night-Road Walking (생명사랑밤길걷기) unites students and parents each year for mental health awareness. The campaign seeks to aid those with suicidal ideation with the slogan of “One Step, One Life.” Participants walked a total of 11.1km – the current rate of lives taken by themselves in Korea – with friends, family, and companions the night before world suicide prevention day.
