Welcome back to another episode of DIS School Rules. My name is Esther Kang, and I am excited to bring you this podcast where I explore ways to stay safe and make the most of our school’s resources and environment. In today’s episode, I’m going to talk to Dr. Willette, our secondary principal, and Ms.Zhu, our elementary and middle school Chinese teacher about the rules of the DIS Learning Lab. Also, I am going to talk to some middle schoolers about their opinion about the rules.
Learning Lab is a class period all students must take at least once over the eight periods of our two-day block schedule. Students do their homework, work on projects, ask teachers for extra help, do test corrections and retakes, and a whole lot more.
