Shakespeareans perform modernized version of “Macbeth”

With a touch of modern flair, the eighth-grade English classes presented their updated performance of the renowned Shakespearean tragedy “Macbeth” on May 9th. Students captured the audience with their rendition of the timeless act of drama, ambition, and bloodshed. Freshmen who performed the same play last year filled the seats as well.

All students and families gathered in the Jetnasium for this semester’s assemblies on Friday, June 2nd. The school hosted rock band performances, gave out commendations, and staged the play The Wizard of Oz for both the elementary and secondary assemblies. Everyone had a blast at the vibrant festival that demonstrated all the hard work students put in this school year. Check out all the photos below.
