DIS School Rules Season 2 Episode 3: The AI Matrix in Middle and High School

Welcome back to the 3rd episode of DIS School Rules. My name is Esther Kang and I am excited to bring you this podcast where I explore ways to stay safe and make the most of our school’s resources and environment. In today’s episode, I’m going to interview Dr.Willette, our secondary principal and middle schoolers about the AI Matrix which is for middle and high schoolers. Stay Tuned!

The AI Matrix is a student guide for using AI in schoolwork such as projects. It has 5 different levels about when, how, and how much AI students can use in their work. Teachers in classes tell students which level they can use for their schoolwork.

Esther Kang in eighth grade returns to the Jets Flyover crew as a broadcast journalist. She continues her podcast series from last year and looks forward to interviewing teachers and students about the rules of DIS. Books and sports fill up Esther’s days when she steps out of the podcast studio. On weekends, she listens to music and spends time with her family. She plans to entertain the audience through in-depth interviews.
