“新年快乐(Xīn Nián Kuài Lè –– Happy New Year)!” greeted the National Chinese Honor Society members as elementary schoolers rushed through the gymnasium doors. NCHS hosted a Dumpling Night for students in grades 3 to 5 to celebrate Lunar New Year in January. Participants made loads of dumplings with various stuffing and enjoyed movies together.

[Brief] Boba Sale Comes to an End

The National Chinese Honor Society has seen success in its bubble tea sale last week. Students from all grade levels gathered to fetch the delicious milk tea with some additional snacks. In fact, the demand was so high that the club had to skip out on selling bubble teas last Friday to restock its supply. All profits from the sales will go towards the NCHS funds to promote other activities that appreciate Chinese culture in the future.
