This is my favorite photo of Azul, a freshman, on Halloween. It is my favorite because this costume was the best Halloween costume of the year, and my camera settings, including the aperture, were perfect. Also, this photo went viral because it was exposed to various DIS media, including the yearbook, and it was the biggest photo in the yearbook.

This is a photo I took at the high school girls' basketball KISAC tournament. It’s my favorite photo because it captures the high intensity of the sport with Grace’s powerful action. Also, I lowered the aperture to make the background look blurred out at the perfect timing.

This is a photo I took during Family Fun Night, and they were doing a balancing game using dice. It was extremely important to capture a specific moment before the kids tumbled their dice on the ground, so I think I had perfect timing as well as a perfect aperture.

The glider photo is my favorite photo because I think that I got it at the right time when the glider was passing by all of the elementary students, so I quickly ran up to the second-floor futsal field. I think that glider was moving quite fast and I captured the perfect moment where he was just high-fiving everyone else. I’ve seen that Selina also used it for her Tailspin article, and it is also in the yearbook. The photo is quite famous, so I am really proud of what I took.

This is a photo I took at ISB during the elementary futsal SKAIS Finals. The girl in the photo is Michelle, and she is really good at futsal. Her tongue is so cute! I used this photo as the biggest cutout for my yearbook spread. Also, they won this game, so I think it means a lot for the team.

This is special to me because it was my first time going outside to take a photo. I really liked it because it's like a shot of two girls holding hands and then running, so I felt like it was showing good teamwork, and the overall message of teamwork was shown here.

I went to KISAC, and it was kinda hard to take the picture, but I think Ethan’s photo came out in a good form, so I chose it as my favorite photo.

This was when it snowed for the first time in Daegu, so I had a chance to take the photos for little kids, and the photo was adorable because both of the kids were looking at the snow duck that they made, and I had so much fun taking this photo.

I could see the passion of the NAHS lunch club in this photo and the emotion was delivered well throughout the photo.

I chose this photo because this photo shows seventh-graders’ true joy on a snowy day, which is not really common in Daegu. That's why.

That photo is my favorite photo because, first of all, I took it at DMHS. DMHS is notorious for having bad lighting and stuff. And compared to that, I think the lighting is actually really good, and you can see in the photo there’s a hoop and good line of defense from the other team with a good line of offense of our team. I think the picture captures everything that's in the moment and feels raw.

That photo was one of the last grade-level class photos I took, and I really liked the formation. I really never thought about using the kindergarten playground, but Ms. Je suggested using it, and I think the use of the slide was really unique.

The reason this photo is my favorite is because just being at the place where kids are playing futsal, but also not just a photo of a kid kicking a ball or something athletic. It's more like a kid enjoying his time there, and seeing him smile and the color scheme of everything in the photo is nice.

I think it's a really good photo because there was a window right next to where my camera was aiming for but the window really didn’t show up. And the lighting was really good and Ms.Wang seemed really chilling. So that is why.
