A sea of colorful art and warm smiles fill the stage as the students, parents, and faculty gather in the Jetnasium for the Elementary Winter Fine Arts Festival on Dec 6. From kindergarteners dipping their toes in the winter wonderland of music to fifth graders making their debut in concert band, performers lit the stage with big smiles and even bigger enthusiasm.
First-graders prepared special body percussion, showing off their creative choreography and festive energy. Fourth-graders bought bucketfuls of fun as they drummed to the beat of “Little Drummer Boy” while third-grade singers poured their hearts into “Sweet Silent Night,” their voices filling the hall with harmony.
The little Jets learned the highs and lows of music, but their performance hit all the right notes.
