Andy, Brian, and Noah dove into the new Alpha Mark grading system for grades 6 to 10. This shift from the traditional percentage system to the Alpha scale aims to ease academic pressure on students. Could this be the game-changer for cutting down retakes at DIS?

Brian Cho, a beginner broadcast journalist and also a photographer, enters his first foray into video production and yearbook design. Brian has a strong interest in digital design. Additionally, influenced by the reputation of the Yearbook team, he has joined and is currently an active member of the DIS Yearbook team. As the Head of Designer in HOSA and the Historian/Webmaster for NAHS, Brian developed a keen interest in art and design.

Noah Lee, a junior at DIS, joins the video production team. When he fell in love with basketball at the age of 3, Noah never stopped working on his jump shot. He wants to major in economics at university. An active member of the Jet Stream news team, Noah loves to create amazing videos for the DIS family.

Andy Kang, Broadcast Journalist
Andy Zuvin Lee Kang, a junior and a 12 year student in Daegu International School, joins the Video Production team for the first time. He enjoys people, basketball, and traveling off the beaten path. But most of all, Andy loves to listen to music. He never leaves his house without airpods or headphones. His favorite album ever is College Dropout by Kanye West.
