In a 2012 interview, he revealed that his father drove him home, after his birth from the hospital, in a Buick Regal, the parent model of the GNX. Tied close to family, Lamar’s outfit also pays homage to Los Angeles, with his custom belt buckle covered in vintage pins from Los Angeles and California designed by Eli Russell Linnetz.

Welcome back to the one and only Jet Stream! Serena and Raina are back again. Luna helped them film a story about Girl Scouts’ World Thinking Day. Then Grace and Hailey reported from the middle school boys’ KISAC volleyball tournament.

From the Book Fair to the Girl Scouts’ activity booths and the Drama Club’s captivating performance, experience three celebrations in one unforgettable video. Tune in to relive the excitement of World Thinking Day this past March 10 with Luna, Raina, and Serena.

Hailey and Grace reported from the recent middle school boys’ KISCA volleyball tournament held at DIS. Six different teams competed against each other, and the Jets won 3rd place. Check out the amazing skills of the Jets ballers.

Raina Lee returns for her second year of journalism as the Multimedia Director. She hopes to elevate the Flyover presence on and off campus and inspire budding Jets with her writing, designs, and photography. On top of her leadership role, she strives to continue writing articles across genres from opinion polls to social issues. Outside of the classroom, she vibes to music, pops by trendy shops, watches sports, and constantly looks for journalistic inspiration.
