Chinese Lunar New Year celebrations never shy away from festivity and delicious food. To learn and uphold the tradition, third, fourth, and fifth graders joined the National Chinese Honor Society (NCHS) for Yuánxiāo Night, on Feb. 20. NCHS members taught the participants how to prepare the classic snack. With their stomachs filled with 元宵 yuánxiāo (rice flour dumplings that also mean “first night”), students crafted beautiful 灯笼 dēnglóng (lanterns). Check out photos from this special Spring Festival.
Ellie Joe and Harika Veluvolu in third grade have a blast with their favorite sunbae, Hailey Tzou in 11th grade.

I used to do these events but I became a middle schooler which made me unable to join these events. So sad

Serena was the best I am so grateful that she came. Hope the best for Serena. And I do agree that Serena has a better name than Selina.
