Grace and Nayoung team up again to host the Jet Stream. They bring you segments on Rummikub Club and the RSIR Day Camp.

Research and Services for Immigrants and Refugees (RSIR) and Elementary Student Council collaborated to host a Day Camp for elementary students. Kids were divided into grade levels and enjoyed 5 activities around our school campus. You can see the joy in students’ faces, as reported by Raina Lee, Serena Travers, and Dylan Wang.

Reina Li and Lucy Kim are in the Jet Stream After School Activity. They interviewed Ms. Wang and students in the new ASA, Rummikub Club. They had a fun time playing games with them and they learned how the game works.

Grace Cho, Broadcast Journalist

Grace Cho devotes herself to the Jets Flyover staff. With her warm spirit, she brings joy to those around her. She indulges in the magic of romance movies and expresses herself creatively through her piano performances. Filled with boundless energy, she hopes to spread positivity throughout the DIS community.

Nayoung Kim, Broadcast Journalist

Nayoung Kim, president of Greenpeace, Eco-lution, and Peer Tutoring Club, shares her vivid passion for the environment and contemporary issues with the ear of the school community. Her brand new, popular podcast raises awareness and acts as a call for help to aid the world in becoming a better place. This year, she collaborates with Greenpeace, to bring new monthly podcast episodes to the community. Also, a famous second-year Jet Stream Host, her enthusiasm to engage with the DIS community and spread the news boosts the energy of the school.

Flora Chung, Broadcast Journalist and Photographer

As a senior, Flora enters her second year as a staff member. As a manager of two sports teams and contributor to big campus events, she loves life at DIS. Flora also plays a key role in painting the school's murals, adding vibrancy to the walls. As a true art lover, she enjoys Mr. Gum’s classes and plays an important role in the school murals. Aside from art, Flora dives into music, and explores artists such as LANY and The Kid LAROI.
